Heavy Rain is considered next gen right now for obvious reasons..... God of War 3 is another sequel(obviously)....but I think it can take the series to the next level unlike many other sequels in the next gen era... While I am looking forward to resi 5, its nothing more than resi 4.5,cause all the animations are the same and so is the gameplay. I haven't been a GTA fan anyways....so it didn't offer any more or less than what I expected.... but I think this article came a bit early.....by about 2 months.....because of Resident Evil 5 and Killzone 2...I expect those two games to set the tone for 09..... actually, I will predict that sometime late Summer/early Fall that there will be articles about Next Gen gaming finally arriving... ...fashionably late... .......extremely, fashionably late....but even Microsoft has said that this generation will last longer than the last one...the current state of gaming has proven that..
