Gaming Vice was put together as a means for a group of friends to voice their opinions on the games they love & enjoy without having to deal with the censorship that has unfortunately become the norm of the gaming industry. We’ve set out to open a new outlet where people can speak freely about a game without having to worry about who isn’t going to like us anymore because of our words.
Want to get in touch with The Broke Gamers? Below you will find various ways to contact each of us. If you have something to share with us, then feel free to let one of us know – no message will be left unturned.
We hope you join us on our journey to shed a new light on the gaming community where everyone can be themselves and do one thing.
Enjoy games.

” What happened to the challenge in gaming? ” I don’t necessarily think that the lack of a challenge is a good thing or bad thing nowadays. I really appreciate where gaming as a whole has gone (besides the fanboys, of course)and that’s where my love for trophies comes in.
Sometimes I’m just too busy for a challenge so I like to quickly get through a game for a good story and experience, then when I do have plenty of time and do want a challenge I go back for trophies, and eventually go for a platinum in that game. On the other hand, some games don’t even need trophies to provide a fun and fair challenge.
Take Demon’s Souls for instance; Demon’s Souls is a fantasticly difficult RPG that requires time, patience, attention and dedication. But there is nothing more rewarding than finally beating that pain-in-the-ass boss!
So, I personally enjoy playing the few challenging games that are out there for me as well as the less difficult but still enjoyable games.
But back to the main topic (MegaMan) that’s awesome that a new collection is coming to the DS! I’ve gotten into Megaman for the first time (MM9 on PSN) and have beaten 2 bosses and absolutely love the game.
Do you know of any collection similar to the one coming for DS but on PSP or coming to the PSP?
Interesting none the less. Really interesting to read. Nice Job!
love the game non the less kick ass article
9 or 9:30?…because you put both.
It’s 9:30.
I didn’t even realize that I did that.
Oh,ok, so that’s 6:30 my time
Too bad I couldn’t hear the whole cast(gay internet). I’m glad I’ll be able to download it soon though, and finally hear the rest of your guys’ discussion!
So if theres a beta how would we know??
there would be a likely announcement about this…and this game shouldn’t be a flop as some people are saying because warhawk is and has been a popular PS3 title for quite some time..and they are only expanding on the experience in every way…
day 1 purchase…
Very nice review. I’m definitely picking this up now.
Great review Roger covered all your bases on this one ill be grabbing this for myself too, hope to see you at E3 at nintendo’s booth lol.
Phenomenal review Roger, I feel enthralled to purchase this game and play it!
Oh man :/ Now I have to add this to my list. Sadly it’ll have to go below GodofWarIII, then Yakuza3, then Heavy Rain (loving the demo), then Bioshock2… Man, this year is just too good, normally you’d never see Bioshock2 that low on my list but the other games I mentioned have to take precedence! Oh, and then Skate3 because I’m a skater and I just love what the Skate franchise has done!
Borderlands owns dude, GOTY ‘09
Thanks for all the kind words everyone! Hope everyone out there is loving the game as much as I did!
Shit’s so cash. Great game and great review.
Nice write-up. I loved this game so much as a kid. Well actually I was like 17 when it came out but still. Good work.
And…sold.
This is the write-up that actually brought me to GV. Keep up the good work guys. I’m so glad you reported on this place. I went as soon I saw this up and bought a copy of Toejam and Earl for Genesis. Great game and it was only $6.
I am currently having a blast with Army of Two 2 and I totally agree. Co-op needs to be a genre in an of itself.
You bitched a lil’ too soon. Happy now?
God I can’t wait to pick this up. I traded in my MW2 towards this and I can’t wait for a game that I actually want to play
I called it on the MW2 podcast last November. This game is going to own, and nobody believed me.
You already can play HD versions of N64 games on your PC. Go to:
emutalk.net > 1964 > High resolution textures projects
They have both photo-realistic and cell shaded HD versions of Golden Eye, Mario 64, Zelda OoT, Castlevania Dark Legacy, etc…
I believe it says Vector.
So is this guy a new, new character?
he looks like megaman with a weird hat or haircut. they do a bad work imo.
I shall move my main from Cammy to Hakan and it will be glorious.
I’ve been waiting for a good fighter to purchase, and SSFIV looks to be the one
thanks for posting these video’s. This will be a definite purchase!
Also, quick question to Gary or Kevin (or saminseattle), why did they nerf Gen from vanilla SF4 to SSF4?
I guess cuz he builds meter/stun too fast.
I’m playing games when I’m not playing games. Constantly thinking about how to beat the next stage or think of strategies for competitive games.
